I got through checkout quickly, which I appreciated because I really don’t have patience for clunky ordering pages. My cart updated like it was supposed to, the shipping options were easy to understand, and the payment went through fast. no complaints, that’s exactly how online ordering should be.

I had to send something back and, i immediately assumed it was going to turn into one of those annoying refund situations. But it was actually straightforward. Support got back to me at a normal pace, didn’t overcomplicate anything, and the money showed up without me having to chase them. So yeah, pleasantly surprised

I ordered a few work shirts and some gloves from fieldsupply because the site showed everything as in stock. Most of the order shipped out like expected, but one glove size wasn’t available. They emailed me quickly about it, and I was able to swap it without much hassle.

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but i’ve dealt with sites that say everything is available and then cancel half the order later. This was definitely better than that. I’d order from fieldsupply again, though if I needed something urgently, I’d probably double check first.

Overall, it’s okay!!! The quality is decent for the most part, but one of the items felt a bit cheaper than I was expecting!!! Not terrible or anything, just not amazing!!!

They had a decent selection and I found a few things easily. But this is where it got annoying: a couple of the items I actually needed just weren’t there, so I still had to go somewhere else to finish my shopping.

I’d been trying to track down a couple of outdoor items that seemed to be sold out pretty much everywhere else, and Field Supply actually had them in stock. That was the whole reason I ordered from them in the first place.
The checkout process was straightforward, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find what I needed. Sounds basic, but it’s nice when a site says something is available and it actually is. I’d definitely use them again

I’m picky about prices, so I always look for a discount before checking out. I found a promo code quickly and ended up saving more than I thought I would. Checkout was smooth too, with no weird errors or extra hoops to jump through.

They did send updates, but a few of them came later than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t terrible, just not exactly "great" either.

The tracking was easy to follow, so I wasn’t really left guessing. It did show up a bit later than I expected, but at least I could see what was going on along the way.

I found what I needed on fieldsupply.com and the order itself went through fine, but the shipping cost seemed high for what I bought. It kind of took away from the deal I thought I was getting. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because, i never really trust that they’ll do much about stuff like that. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but I wish checkout had been a bit cheaper

I only had one issue, so I can’t say if this is usually how their service is, but support did get back to me eventually. It took a bit longer than I was hoping, though they were polite and did sort out my question in the end. Not a bad experience overall, just would’ve been better if the response time was faster.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but I did get points back and they were actually useful. So yeah, I’m happy with it

Well... I was able to find what I needed really quickly, and the site was simple to get around. No hassle at all.

I expected my order to show up sooner, so finding out it was on backorder was a little disappointing. That said, they did keep me updated along the way, and my stuff eventually arrived. Not exactly what I had in mind timing-wise, but the communication was decent and it worked out in the end.

I ordered a jacket from Field Supply and wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the fit. I usually stick with another brand I’ve bought from for years, so trying something different made me a little hesitant.
